Through this program and with the support of experts in different disciplines, the individual will work on their beliefs, barriers, automatisms and limitations that hinder the process of artistic creation, stage anxiety and fear, oral and corporal expression, physical blocks, spontaneity, space recognition and stage management; in order to develop maximum potential and artistic quality, without leaving aside the Self that one inhabits.

Likewise, on the basis of the theoretical-practical axes that will be developed during the program, the individual will acquire the fundamental tools and guidelines to manage and conduct artistic creation projects, carry out artistic accompaniment processes, manage conflicts and plan and establish goals on a personal and professional level, aligning them with the individual's Self and values.
